NEW YORK, Feb 26, 2015/—For the Marc by Marc Jacobs fall/winter 2015 men’s collection, the brand teamed up with Brazilian art duo Assume Vivid Astro Focus (AVAF) for a limited edition collaboration of apparel and accessories.
In this exclusive collaboration, 4 of AVAF’s signature cyclops characters were infused into graphic T-shirts and sweaters, used as appliqué on sweatshirts, and designed onto the back of satin bombers.
Key prints in the Marc by Marc Jacobs fall/winter 2015 men’s collection included kaleidoscope prints and a 3D jumbled logo print that came in a vibrant technicolor palette mixed with calmer grayscale hues that were printed onto tees, sweatshirts, parkas, bombers, and accessories.
As for the outerwear and workwear pieces, a snowboarding theme was shown through sporty, functional parkas, quilted nylon bombers and jumpsuits designed in fabrics of Japanese denim and canvas.
