kate spade S16 (2)For the Kate Spade Spring 2016 presentation, FTD Flowers brought it 30,000 blossoms and thus making the attendees feel as if they had walked into Manhattan’s flower district.

And with the mantra “Imagine the possibilities,” Deborah Lloyd, President & Chief Creative Officer of Kate Spade New York mixed and matched florals, ribbon stripes and light as clouds lace. The colors of a fun fair – carousel pink, alice blue, sunshine yellow, boardwalk beige dominated and popped against classic New York City black and white.

And as Lloyd put in her press notes, “It’s the season when a shortcut through the flower district of 28th street or a pause in front of our local bodega – bees buzzing and bursts of roses and daises as far as we can see – can make us feel like we’ve left the city completely and taken the train to the end of the line. Our spring bring at the intersection of daydreams and day trips.”
