After the maze full of people to get through to get to the show room, all of Lela Rose’s attendees were startled with a pleasant surprise from up above. The room was glowing in pink light to compliment the upside down garden full of tulips suspended from the ceiling. Not to mention guests were greeted with yet ANOTHER surprise with a tulip of their own waiting for them as they took their seats.
Lela Rose’s Spring/Summer 2016 collection stayed true to her feminine aesthetic her brand ambassadors love to see from time and time again. However, she took a risk and boy did it pay off!
Separates took the staged with a polished yet powerful feel with carefully added details. Lela’s Garden this season was full of surprising secrets! Here are a few of our favorites from the show: a tweed number with a fringe hem & super sheer pants, Metallic detailing and FLOWER POWER — from lace silhouettes to oversized floral prints and 3D floral appliqué, oh & let’s not forget the LITERAL tulip display over the catwalk.
As destiny a child would say: “For all the women who’s independent, from girly to tomboy (yes you)– throw your hands up at me!”
