Dr. Martens‘s collaboration train doesn’t stop and, a short time after the announcement of the collaboration with Suicoke it has announced another one with designer king Rick Owens. The collaboration will be an open relationship between the two brands, with a first instalment coming on Saturday, March 20th and the second drop in May.
The protagonist of the collabo is Dr. Martens’ Boot 1460 which will see the pentacle-shaped lace-up system typical of many of Rick Owens’ most famous creations in taupe grey mounted on the upper. In addition, the height of the sole will double and a side zip with a metal zipper will be added. Double branding will also be visible inside the sole.
The new Rick Owens x Dr. Martens boot will be available on Dr. Martens’ website starting Saturday, March 20.
