PARIS, Oct 3, 2008 / FW/ — In a spring / summer season where black and white dominates, Ece Ege, the designer behind the label Dice Kayek began with white and black, and they dominated the collection except for a few splashes of yellow, coral rose and red.
Mini crinoline dresses that is sometimes proposed with a sash and a peplum, Victorian puff sleeve and Peter Pan collar, and the zipper taking center at the front and the back of the dress. (Is there a zipper trend going on?)
Pleating and draping were employed to give softness to structured silhouettes and giant rose appliqués added texture. Exaggerated shoulders that is reminiscent of Martin Margiela.
