MADRID, Feb 2, 2009 / FW/ — No one even noticed that the “red carpet” was actually green last night at the 23rd GOYA AWARDS as the Spanish glitterati with a very international flavor arrived at the venue.
Penelope Cruz, who later in the evening won the Best Supporting Actress Award for her role in Vicky Christina Barcelona arrived in a Dior frock in black lace.
Meanwhile, Penelope’s sister, Monica Cruz was attracting plenty of shutterbug attention in a floor-length black-with-silver-shoulder-straps gown as she struck a few poses for the photographers.
There was paparazzi mayhem when Spanish model Mar Saura arrived in a slinky beige gown that just defined her figure.
