PARIS, Mar 3, 2009 / FW/ — Mykita, the ‘fashion’ sunglasses (even Brad Pitt wears it) has collaborated with designer Bernhard Willhelm to create three new sunglasses inspired by the world of skiing.
Dubbed as “a collaboration based on creativity multiplied by 2”, the new sunglasses combine Mykita’s engineering prowess with Bernhard Willhelm’s uber creativity.
Constructed by solar aviator sheet metal and glass mirrors, the new sunglasses called FRANZ, SEPP and LUKE are offered in blue, white and gold.
The hand-finished blue lacquered models have blue mirror lenses while the white frames sport red glass mirrors. The flagship gold model is a sparkling gold nugget.
These limited edition sunglasses – FRANZ, SEPP and LUKE have been handcrafted in Mykita’s factory in Berlin.
