Juana Martin Fall 2009
Juana Martin Fall 2009

MADRID, Apr 2, 2009 / FW/ — A renewed glance from the past, Juana Martín personalizes vintage fashion and reviews, with austerity, the trends which emerged from the 50s to the 90s. A merger of styles which achieve harmony between volume, classicism, timelessness, avant-gardism and romanticism and certain recollections of Courrèges and Balenciaga, the source of inspiration for previous collections.

For Autumn-Winter 2009-2010, dark colours. Navy blue and black, except for a touch of colour reserved for the “coolest” garments. Geometrical shapes which highlight the elegance of femininity.

Knit and wool will provide the warmth imposed by winter. In fact, Juana Martín has chosen a very special fabric, where water and sparkle effects afford the collection a very special hallmark.
