NEW YORK, Jul 29, 2009 / FW/ — We’re still in the height of summer and good movies are still coming one of them an indie film entitled “Adam” starring Hugh Dancy and Rose Byrne.
Hugh Dancy plays “Adam”, a man who has Asperger’s Syndrome, condition that’s a form of Autism that leaves him quite brilliant but unable to comprehend other peoples’ emotions and it also leaves him prone to a combustible form of confusion and anger when he gets frustrated.
A “boy meets girl, they fall in love” story, “Adam” shows both Hugh Dancy and Rose Byrne on top of their craft, making an awkward relationship believable.
Last night, at the AMC Loews 19th Street Theater in New York City, Hugh Dancy attended the Cinema Society screening of “Adam” wearing wore a graphite suit and a black classic men’s button down shirt from the Fall 2009 Calvin Klein Collection, designed by Italo Zucchelli, the men’s Creative Director.
“Adam” arrives in theaters August 7th.
Now, if someone tells you that “Harry Potter” and “Twilight” has all the British heartthrobs, look again because Hugh Dancy is front and center among them.
