MILAN, Sep 24, 2009 / FW/ — After unveiling his Spring 2010 collection for Just Cavalli, Florentine designer Roberto Cavalli announced that he will be adding an e-commerce channel to www.robertocavalli.com beginning November 2009.
To be launched in partnership with the YOOX Group, which will build the IT infrastructure of the site, the Roberto Cavalli online store will take the world of Roberto Cavalli to 46 countries in Europe, the United States and Asia.
YOOX Group provides the online store with a complete solution including a flexible technological platform, innovative interface design, global logistics, premium customer care, international web marketing and a thorough know-how of e-tailing.
From end November 2009 it will be possible to choose and purchase, with a simple click, clothes and accessories from the different collections: Roberto Cavalli Men and Womenswear, Roberto Cavalli Watches for Men and Women, Roberto Cavalli Eyewear for Men and Women, Roberto Cavalli Pets and Roberto Cavalli Underwear for Men and Women, starting with Autumn / Winter 2009-2010.

Though a Baby Boomer, Cavalli commented on his attraction to the social networking phenomenon, especially Facebook where there are a lot of groups who profess their love for Roberto Cavalli fashion.

To celebrate the international launch of this new online store, the first 500 clients will receive a free bag with the Maison Cavalli ‘signature’ prints, created exclusively by Roberto Cavalli.
