Recently, both Virgil Abloh and Mathias Patillon, footwear design director for Louis Vuitton, posted on their personal Instagram the first unofficial shot of part of the collection for the LV² line, designed by Abloh in collaboration with NIGO, founder of BAPE and a key figure in the Japanese streetwear scene.
The slip-on features a suede upper with a decorative strap and a gold buckle bearing the branding of LV². Leather segments and an eco-fur interior complete the shoe, along with a high sole, decorated with a contrasting colour section.
The brand has not provided an official drop date but is assumed to be in the summer, as the LV² collection is labelled as a Pre-Fall.
