NEW YORK, Nov 20, 2009 / FW/ — The Fall 2009 Calvin Klein Jeans campaign headlined by actress Eva Mendes and model Jaime Dornan was such a hit that the duo are returning for Spring 2010.
In fact, it’s not just the duo that is doing an encore. Renowned photographer Steven Klein once again lensed the campaign. The new imagery will be first seen in Spring 2010 magazines and key outdoor sites around the world, which will be announced at a later date.
Featured in the campaign is the highly anticipated launch of Calvin Klein Jeans Body Whitewash offering for men and women, which follows the successful introduction of Calvin Klein Jeans Body at retail for Fall 2009.
A denim offering that is uniquely designed for a more contoured, shape enhancing fit, Calvin Klein Jeans Body will introduce an extension of the line for Spring 2010, in which each piece has been treated in clean, translucent washes and enriched surface treatments in shades of white, ozone, and cloud.
Each piece is lighter and is engineered with accents that include white, enameled nickel metal buttons, as well as tacks, zippers, and rivets for added dimension. The season focuses on a straight leg for men, and a classic skinny cut with ankle zips or a loose boyfriend cut for women. A new five pocket rolled Body denim short, designed with a lean, slim silhouette, will also be introduced.
Ms. Mendes and Mr. Dornan are currently featured in the Fall 2009 global advertising campaigns for both Calvin Klein Jeans and Calvin Klein Underwear.
