MADRID, Feb 28, 2009 / FW/ — Known for his totally urban silhouettes, Jesus Del Pozo understands the cosmopolitan woman very well and for Fall 2009, he proposes that his favorite women wear long-sleeved shift dresses in blue or sepia prints that makes them sexy by showing off their figures but not showing any skin at all.
But, that just half of the equation; with the other half showing a bit more skin, but so subtle and very surprising that sexuality become a secondary message. A cabbage rose at the center of the back with six strips of fabrics arrange like rays act as the connection to the bodice of the dress slowly turn into a trellis as it reached below the waist.
Jesus del Pozo loves women and it shows. Dressing them in ethereal fabrics that are almost weightless, the designer gave them a certain vulnerability that makes them alluring because of the mystery it creates.
