NEW YORK, Apr 23, 2009 / FW/ — Following the recent appointment of Alberto Lavia as President, and his choice of Eric Wright as Artistic Director of FAÇONNABLE, new professional figures entered the group; in order to strategically develop the brand at an international level.

In the first six months as President of FAÇONNABLE, Alberto Lavia succeeded in concluding the definition of internal strategies in Europe and USA:

Jean-Emmanuel Bourguet, the new Vice President Wholesale and Retail, comes from Chloe after a ten year period within the LVMH Group, in order to further strengthen the commercial strategies with a particular focus on new international markets.

Patrizia De Santis, after a brilliant career at Bulgari in Rome and Asprey in London, is the new Administrative and Financial Director. With her experience and understanding of luxury company internal processes, she will actively develop administration, finance and controlling within the Finance, IT and Legal Departments.

Francesca Traldi is added to the new team as Director of International Communication. After many years at GFT USA, Loro Piana in Milan and recently within the Kellwood Group in New York, she will develop communication strategies at a global level.

In addition, Alberto Lavia has further strenghten the commercial presence in USA with the appointment of Bob Green as President of FAÇONNABLE USA and Mikel Folcarelli as Worldwide Visual Identity Manager.
