BARCELONA, Apr 18, 2009 / FW/ — With the mandate of “helping small companies to survive the obstacles of the fascinating fashion world,” Projecte Bressol hand selects promising design talents to assist them in developing their labels.
One such talent is Nerea Lurgain, a native of San Sebastián. She got her degree in Fine Arts in Lejona, Vizcaya. Then, she moved to Barcelona to study fashion design at the IDEP design school.
As well as her academic education, Nerea’s work experience went through different areas in the design world and art in general, imbued with ideas, inspiration, working methods and designing mechanisms that brought her to a unique and personal way of working on her garments.

To her work and academic experience, it should be noted that her fashion shows and exhibitions that make her art and talent evident in the fashion world, such as the participation in the fashion contest organized by Moda Fad and the “080” circuit in Barcelona, both in 2007, and the exhibition at the Suspect shop in Barcelona as part of the Bread and Butter Design Barcelona Tour and joint exhibition at the CCCB in Barcelona.
