NEW YORK, Sep 29, 2009 / FW/ — For those of us who were left behind to man the fort while the rest are in Europe covering women’s ready-to-wear, the good thing about it is that we can see all the season premieres of our favorite television shows.
House, starring Hugh Laurie had a two-hour season premiere and its big surprise for the season is that his old team is back – Omar Epps (Dr. Eric Foreman), Jesse Spencer (Dr. Robert Chase) and Jennifer Morrison (Dr. Allison Cameron), as was insinuated in last week’s episode.
Now on its sixth season, House was the most watched television program in the world in 2008.
The show has received several awards, including a Peabody Award, two Golden Globe Awards, and three Primetime Emmy Awards.
Speaking of the Emmy Awards, Jennifer Morrison wore a Calvin Klein Collection red bustier cocktail dress designed by Francisco Costa during the recently concluded Emmy Awards.
In fact, Jennifer Morrison was not alone in choosing Calvin Klein for the Emmy Awards. Michael J. Fox, Michael C. Hall, Gabriel Byrne, John Slattery, Jim Parsons, Jack McBrayer, Desmond Harrington were all wardrobed by Calvin Klein.
Each of the men’s looks was designed by Italo Zucchelli, the Men’s Creative Director for Calvin Klein Collection.
For those who are following the Big Bang Theory, Jim Parsons, was nominated for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for his role as Sheldon Cooper at Big Bang Theory.
