And as always, the show is divided into two; yet, though you can distinguish which one are prêt-a-porter and which one is haute couture, the exquisite workmanship on both of them are just something to behold.
Expanding on his open seam work that he invented, Ralph Rucci proposed gowns and day dresses that are so delicate, they look ethereal. The clothes draped ever so slightly, moving as the model moves, but keeps its structure.
This has always been Ralph Rucci’s strength, making things that are hard to accomplish look so easy. And for Spring 2010, he did it again!
