DALLAS, Feb 8, 2010 / FW/ — Already available at Betty Reider in Dallas, Joseph in Memphis, Kick Pleat in Austin, RTW in Charleston and Savannah in Santa Monica, Ter et Bantine plans to expand its presence in the American market with the opening a new showroom in New York.
Located at 76 Greene Street, the 1076 square feet (100 square meters) has been retrofitted to allow natural light to come in from a series of wide windows. Curated and designed by an in house team, the showroom focuses on the original structures of the space, retaining the dynamism of downtown Manhattan.
From this show-room Federica Gherardi and Camilla Bazzanti will coordinate the sales campaigns for U.S.A. and Canada, as well as for Central and South America, an area whose potential is currently drawing the attention of Ter et Bantine’s wholesale team.
The sales campaign for the A/W 2010-11 collection – due to hit the runway shortly during Milan Fashion Week – will start immediately after the official opening of the new show-room, scheduled on Monday 22nd February from 6.00 through 10.00 p.m., and will focus primarily on the distribution development through selected specialty stores, according to the brand’s long time commercial strategy.
