PARIS, Dec 9, 2010 / FW/ — Creating a Christmas Teddy Bear for the “Toutes A L’Ecole Foundation”, designer Anne Fontaine joins 27 designers and artists who were approached this year to participate in this charity event organized by Galeries Lafayette.
To customize her teddy, Anne was inspired by traditional bathing outfits from the early 20th century. The teddy bear wears a costume of black roses which are highlighted through the traditional white, the emblematic codes of the house. Dates to remember:
From November 29 to December 13, all the 27 Teddy Bears from the 27 participants will be on exhibit at the first floor of Galeries Lafayette Haussmann.
All the teddy bears will be auctioned off wherein the proceeds will fund a pilot school “Happy Chandara” in Cambodia.
