PHILADELPHIA, Jan 3, 2010 / — There is only FIVE DAYS LEFT! The “Celebrating Creativity: Philadelphia Youth in Arts Exhibition” will close its doors on January 9th. The final day you can see it on Saturday, January 8, 2010.
Moore College’s annual citywide art contest and exhibition, the “Philadelphia Youth in Arts Exhibition” showcase the artistic talent of Philadelphia’s young people.
Art teachers from 36 Philadelphia schools submit exemplary examples of student work in grades K – 12 for this special presentation. Students receive awards and scholarships to Moore’s Youth Arts Workshop, which has been providing arts instruction to boys and girls in grades 1 through 12 since 1922.
