BERLIN, Dec 21, 2011/ — Slated on January 18 to 21, 2012, the Fall 2012/Winter 2013 Berlin season is off to a good start with Escada Sport, Hugo and Schumacher – venerable German fashion houses signing up early to join the roster of designers and labels unveiling their collection at Strasse Des 17 Juni at Bradenburg Gate.

The Opening Show of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2012 will be ESCADA Sport, for the first time presenting their newest collection inside the fashion tent facing Brandenburg Gate. In addition to the catwalk shows and presentations there, the event is strategically timed to align with the various trade fairs and industry events which bring Berlin alive with the global fashion industry twice each year.
