Rounding out the clothing collection will be the addition of seven new teams including the Atlanta Braves, Cincinnati Reds, Miami Marlins, Houston Astros, Pittsburgh Pirates, Kansas City Royals and Toronto Blue Jays.
The MLB and Victoria’s Secret PINK product line is the latest effort by Major League Baseball to provide its extensive female fan base with new and fashionable ways to support their favorite team.
Based on data from TNS Sport & Sponsorship, MLB maintains the most gender-balanced fan base of the major professional sports leagues with about 46% of its fan base being female. This collaboration marks the first professional sports relationship for VS PINK. The co-branded line will be available in 450 Victoria’s Secret PINK stores this year.
The new VS PINK MLB Collection will be available beginning March 13, 2012.
