PARIS, Aug 3, 2012/ — Continuing its travel theme for the fourth consecutive time, Serge Cajfinger, founder of Paule Ka, once again collaborates with photographer, Venetia Scott for a cinematographic destination thesis for its Fall / Winter 2012-2013 Ad Campaign ad campaign.
This winter, the Paule Ka woman is off to Berlin – landing at Tempelhof, that mythical airport whose sixties look has miraculously never worn off. This time, it’s Brazilian top model, Caroline Trentini who gets to play the role of traveler.
A Latin blonde, well-used to long-haul flights, she’s in her element, transiting through the hall with its dazzling spotlights with her crocodile-finish handbag and vintage suitcase.
Wrapped up snuggly in her big pullover, jet-lag is not a problem. She barely takes the time to pose in her split skirt beneath the huge airport clock.
She knows where she’s going and turns heads as she crosses the tarmac with a carefree stride… maybe due to her python-skin pumps with lime-green mink pompoms.
She climbs up the steps with the self-assurance of Jackie O’. In her sheepskin coat with fox and mink trim, she evokes the elegance of the Caravelle era, the nostalgia of the lost art of traveling.
It remains to be seen where she’s going to take us this time – she whose divine silhouette has already graced Palm Springs (spring-summer 2011), New York (autumn-winter 2011) and Acapulco (spring/summer 2012).
Where will she be taking off to next season?
