Designer Zhe Shangguan, semi-finalist of the LVMH Prize this year showed for the third season at London Collections: Men.
For this season, SANKUANZ took inspiration from the Mongolians of Northern China and mixed it with the street pop culture: colorful digital jungle prints and oversized tunics, shorts and pants are mixed with neutral-toned tailoring.
Zhe collaborated again this season with the iconic street/skateboard brand VANS for high top trainers and vivid logo raincoats.
Continuing the tribal theme, accessories like backpacks, drum like bags with fringes and long braided models meets in this deconstruct and graphic line.
Zhe Shangguan’s vision brings us into a metaphoric universe keeping his signature touch of skillfully mixing contrasting cultures into one vision.
