AUSTIN, Aug 29, 2008 / FW/ — What can we expect from Gottex designer Gideon Oberson this season? A collection straight from the Mediterranean, combining pieces luxurious enough for a night in Saint Tropez, or a day on the beach in Ibiza.
The lushest resorts found in Mykonos, Porto Cervo, and the Mediterranean coast serve as Oberson’s inspiration.
We can expect teeny bikinis paired with breathtakingly beautiful pareos or skirts that take a woman straight from day into night. To Oberson, “dressing for the beach is no different from dressing for a night out.” Don’t we all wish we could live this way?
Gottex’s Spring 2009 collection will show us we can as we are taken on a journey through the lavish life of luxury living.
