Even the little Nikon COOLPIX S60 compact digital camera, which fashion photographers classify as ‘for amateurs’ do a great job. With Ashton Kutcher as its spokesperson, its coolness factor just went up a notch.
Alright, even as amateurs, you don’t buy a camera for its coolness factor. But you have to accept, the latest COOLPIX S60 digital camera commercial, entitled “Magic Touch,” featuring Ashton as the hit of a Hollywood party with his S60 has a lot of charm.
And with an iPhone-nesque feature of an innovative touch screen on the back of the camera, Ashton effortlessly scrolling through and then zooms in and out on pictures with the touch of his finger, well… you have to accept, it makes you want the camera.
Kutcher even personalizes one picture using his “magic touch” finger as he writes on the screen, “Love Ashton.”
In the spot for the D90 D-SLR camera entitled “Packing,” Ashton is preparing for a two-week trip to Paris. Captivated by his D90 and the stunning still images and HD movie clips it creates, all he packs is his D90, lenses, speedlights, passport and tickets.
Reminded by his assistant that he may need to pack more for his trip Ashton then packs one more essential item. Wish it was me!
