MILAN, Jan 16, 2009 / FW/ — Canadian accessories designer Arielle de Pinto debuts her accessories collection for Trussardi menswear to be unveiled tomorrow for the label’s catwalk presentation for Milano Moda Uomo Fall 2009.
A native of Toronto, Arielle de Pinto is just on her second season as an accessory but has already received international coverage for both her jewelry line and for her show pieces and masks. Dividing her time between her Montreal and New York studios, Arielle de Pinto specializes in hand crocheted sterling silver and vermeil pieces.
It was Milan Vukmirovic, current Trussardi Creative Director who noticed Arielle de Pinto’s work. As the current editor-in-chief for L’Officiel Homme, Vukmirovic admired Arielle’s jewelry work on a photo shoot and thus decided to incorporate it in his Trussardi menswear collection.
