PARIS, Mar 7, 2009 / FW/ — Known for his alternative vision of fashion, Lutz went back to his roots for Fall 2009 sending a collection that is part street wear and part downtown chic while following the ‘black is the new black’ trend.
Miniskirts in micro accordion pleats morph into frocks with asymmetrical hemlines are paired with high collar double-breasted blouson leather jackets. Gray & black diagonal stripes are proposed on tuxedo-inspired coats. These gray and black diagonal stripes are also seen in tunics and in separates.
An interesting take in this gray & white stripes rendition of garment is a double-breasted coat with an asymmetrical hemline and neckline suggested with a drawstring belt.
This term will sound redundant but it is alternative street wear in true Parisian fashion.
