MILAN, Sep 24, 2009 / FW/ — Futuristic yet old worldly, familiar yet new, the Prada Spring 2010 collection is a paradox, like seeing something in the future yet it also of today.

Prada Spring 2010

The setting is almost garish, hence the futuristic déjà vu; the clothes are fresh, yet its raw edges ask the question why was it left raw?

Gunmetal coat, a sleeveless mini dress with black & white prints and chain mail wrap covering what looks like a swimsuit with high collars – again, that feeling that something was out of place.

It might be hard for me to understand right now, but I also know that when Spring 2010 rolls around, Prada fans will be at the stores first thing to make this collection part of their wardrobe.
