DALLAS, May 12, 2010 / — Inspired by the latest trends and colors, Ariane Arazi, designing for her namesake jewelry line, uses Swarovski crystals, precious metals, pearls and semi-precious stones to create handcrafted jewelry that just makes you want to wear them.

Fun, sometimes elaborate, even intricate, the Ariane Arazi jewelry are always in bold colors, and thus making them very noticeable and a great conversation piece.

Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, Ariane Arazi, Italian ancestry made her predisposed for jewelry design. As a young girl, Ariane would often visit her family in Milan. Her late grandfather, Issac Hasbani, founded his own jewelry collection and like Ariane, handcrafted every unique piece, (Ariane’s uncles now run the company).

When in Milan, her grandfather would take her to his office and show her all the pieces in his jewelry collection. Ariane remembers being amazed at the beauty and craftsmanship of his pieces and dreamt of being able to create her own jewelry collection one day.

Years later, after recieving a Bachelor of Arts degree at Concordia University, she decided to study the field of jewelry design and enrolled in the Gemological Institute of America. Receiving her diploma in 2007, she decided to gain more experience and began working for her uncle at various jewelry trade shows in the United States.

Finally, in 2008, Ariane began designing her own line of costume jewelry and created a luxurious yet affordable collection for a younger, hipper crowd. The sophistication of each piece and the intricate, edgy designs are a direct reflection of Ariane’s personality and style.
