Second Base was born out of the necessity of being stylish and professional at the same time. Jennie Horn, CEO of Second Base, was working as a designer in a furniture showroom and wanted to look everyday stylish, yet professional.
Every morning, she stared at her arsenal of camis, always unhappy with how they layered under her dresses. With a regular camisole or tank top, you get bunching, pulling and the obviousness of a layering piece.
And that’s when Jennie thought of designing a half cami that is made of a modal/spandex blend which allows for comfort, invisibility and breathability that long layering camisoles lack.
Second Base can be worn under any low cut dress or top, tank tops and even button down shirts. Worn on top of a bra, Second Base is completely undetectable under a dress.
