LONDON, Apr 30, 2009 / FW/ — Great news for Jaeger’s American fans! Beginning May 1, the iconic British fashion brand will start accepting orders from the U.S. and selected territories within the European Union via its e-commerce channel.

All items ordered from www.jaeger.co.uk will be shipped to the customer directly from Jaeger’s UK Distribution Centre via DHL and estimated to reach their destination within 10 working days. There will be a delivery charge of Pounds Sterling 30 to the United States of America and Pounds Sterling 20 to Europe. All prices on www.jaeger.co.uk are inclusive of VAT and displayed in pounds sterling.

Commenting on this monumental move by the brand, Belinda Earl, Jaeger’s Group Chief Executive said, “Historically, the United States has been an important market for the brand and we look forward to reintroducing the newly repositioned Jaeger to our American customers.”

Jaeger Online is currently the brand’s second largest UK store with international traffic now accounting for 25%.

In line with global demand for the brand and Jaeger’s international retail and wholesale expansion plans, Jaeger Online is now shipping to the United States of America and a significant number of European Union markets including: Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Denmark, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Portugal, Finland, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Luxembourg.

The Jaeger Online offer includes the premium Jaeger London, Jaeger Black, Jaeger collection and 125 Limited Edition ranges, across menswear and womenswear; the brand’s luxurious Accessories, Shoes and Gifts, and Jaeger’s newly launched Home collection.

Jaeger Online purchases come wrapped in tissue and packaged in Jaeger’s signature monochrome boxes.
